The message of Yoga in promoting both the physical and mental well-being of humanity has never been more relevant. A growing trend of people around the world embracing Yoga to stay healthy and rejuvenated and to fight social isolation and depression has been witnessed during the pandemic. Recognizing this important role of Yoga, this year’s commemoration of the International Day of Yoga focuses on “Yoga for well-being” - how the practice of Yoga can promote the holistic health of every individual. On 21-6-2021 All faculty members ,students and Principal of the college participated virtually in Yog shivir in which Ms Santosh Parmar Vaid yoga trainer from Lukhnow took the session with streching exercise ,pranayam, aasanas and meditation.The session was concluded with question answer session .
Today (April 22) is Earth Day, an international event celebrated around the world to pledge support for environmental protection. The year 2021 marks the 51st anniversary of the annual celebrations. This year’s theme for Earth Day is ‘Restore Our Earth’......(Earth Day celebration while staying at home.
To celebrate World Environment Day college organised webinar on the topic Forest Restoration on 5 june 2021. Sh.Chander shekher Divisional Forest Officer Bhadherwah was the resource person. Some students of the college also reflect there views on Ecosystem restoration means assisting in the recovery of ecosystems that have been degraded or destroyed, as well as conserving the ecosystems that are still intact. Restoration can happen in many ways – for example through actively planting or by removing pressures so that nature can recover on its own.

World No Tobacco Day is celebrated around the world every year on May 31. The Member States of the World Health Organization created World No Tobacco Day in 1987 to draw global attention to the tobacco epidemic and the preventable death and disease it causes.The NSS volunteer aware people regarding health hazards of chewing tobacco by making posters. while staying at home.
World Biodiversity Day. This global event, which is held on the 22nd of May since year 2000 –it was created in 1993 but its first seven editions were held on the 29th of December-, aims to promote and raise global awareness of issues related to the planet's biodiversity. Trainees of the college celebrated world Biodiveraity Day from home. Stay Home Stay Safe.

Our nation and the world are facing a huge crisis. This is a time for Each and Everyone of us to commit ourselves to the highest level of Personal and Civic Service and Sacrifice. To win the War against the Corona Virus, we must exhibit the highest level of Self-Leadership possible. This current crisis requires from each of us new faith in Divinity and Humanity, and it requires a new Patriotism grounded in Self-Discipline, Compassion, and Undying respect for our own life and the lives of others. By honoring this pledge, together we can return stability to our lives and the world.

An Inter-College Seminar on the theme "An Equal World is an Enabled World " was organised on the Eve of International Women's Day. Ms. Sunita Kargotra CPO RPHQ J&K, was the chief guest of the occasion. 20 students from different Colleges Of Udhampur and Jammu participated in the Seminar.
College organised Three Days Workshop on "Working Teaching Learning Materials" in which all students of Semester-IV actively participed. Following Working Models prepared by Students are Water Purification, Respiratory System, Digestive System, Water Harvesting, Water Conservation, Solar System, Low Cost Vaccum Cleaner, Motor Boat and many more.... All Working Models were prepared with waste material.
As per Govt. order Class Work will be suspended till 31st March 2020 as precautionary measure against the spread of CronaVirus (COVID 19). Students are advised to continue their studies at home in case of help they can contact their concern teachers.
